That's normal IS... so any IS reseller will give you that, but if you're happy with CW then just use them until they self destruct, then move to another IS reseller and you'll have similar latencies :-)

Cybersmart was pretty kak, IS was better to near perfect and then it just went downhill. Which pretty much was the same time "the big guys" went behind the scenes and left. However EvoNet said new management, so perhaps they might return from sharing voted best isp for being the worst to good. Who knows.
 
Crystal Web has made use of the EvoNet network since the beginning of 2018 so you can expect only bigger and better things from your internet connection.

And now does not... very suspect and misleading line in the email they sent in September
 
Still no Internet. Haven't been able to sort it out with Telkom and "no ETA" on the fix from CW.
 
I'd like to join the bandwagon , I'm also a disconnected CW user...

I cancelled my account on Monday, and then uncancelled it yesterday.
CW is the only ISP I had no problems with UNTIL recently - I get my full speed the whole day!

If i cancel my account, can they move the line to the holding pool if openserv has frozen it??
 
They suck at communication, and all the accidental communication that does leak out.

Yup. According to them nothing is suspended. Get home today and still disconnected. Phone them again and lady confirms she can see everything has been paid but the line is still suspended and I need to phone billing to fix it. **** me.
 
Does this suspensions suspend your phone line for calls as well?
This is happening to me...
Phone line is suspended as well.
 
Telkom called us yesterday and said they going to unsuspend both as our account is paid up, but nope, still dead.
