Hi Steven,
Crystal Web acknowledges your request for a temporary solution.
We thank you for your patience and ongoing support.
As previously posted, we have a contingency which we will implement tomorrow if latencies don't get better. You will be sorted. Speeds are starting to resolve themselves.
But we will ensure that you have a decent connection if things aren't resolved by tomorrow.
Something is definitely up... I mean down...![]()
This appears to be line related. Please use the support channels and let us investigate for you. Best bet is to go to the site and start a chat with an agent who can investigate for you.
My Hulu seems to be locked on HD and if the line slows down then it buffers. There used to be a speed setting on Hulu+, but I can't find it now. I think they removed it.The same can be said for Hulu.
But I find that Hulu almost always plays well regardless.
I hardly ever notice it drop below 480p quality.
Even when I was with Telkom and they were performing horribly, Hulu still worked.

I was referring to Hulu plus. On the Hulu website I don't see "settings". If I play a video on the website and set the speed using the cog, I wonder if that will set the speed for all shows on my Roku? No, they definitely haven't.
You can change it in Hulu settings or click the cog to change settings like Youtube.
Where do I find "settings"?I too was referring to hulu plus.
My line dropped a couple of times last night, at 11PM and a bit. PPPoE connection failed.
Anybody experience anything similar?
