Who is?

We're a capacity purchaser from various tiered network operators. We actually have multiple models of this, and we certainly haven't released this model to the public whatsoever. We are also not tied to a single backbone provider making our model quite unique. Some customers have experienced the advantage of our model by being temporarily moved to alternate backbones when there are issues outside of our direct control.

I'm not sure you're quite understanding how customer facing ISPs work - every ISP is reselling someone else's bandwidth - every ISP for example at some point is reselling access via IPC on the Telkom network infrastructure. Other ISPs are resellers of capacity on MTN, IS and other networks. We create our own product range within our own business, pricing and product models.

We are very far from a standard reseller of accounts though - far, far removed from this model.
