Customs and Import Duties for Development Boards, e.g. RPi

I would like to find out from those who have imported ARM development boards in connection with customs VAT and import duties.

For example, what rates have you paid when importing boards such as the Raspberry Pi?

I am asking because I am importing the Samsung Exynos 4412-based board on this link, and unsure if the taxes and duties I am being charged (screenshot below) are reasonable.

There shouldn't be any duties. I imported one (Pine A64+) and only paid VAT.

So the board has been classified with HS code 6204.19.00



That code means "Women's or girls' suits, ensembles, jackets, blazers, dresses, skirts, divided skirts, trousers, bib and brace overalls, breeches and shorts (excluding swimwear): -- of other textile materials" according to this SARS reference document.

Madness. That classification carries 45% duties. Correct classification for boards is 8471.49.1.

Getting back to these guys, grrr.

yeah, it was classed wrong due to the word suit, there should be no duties..clearance fee is also quite high, who is this with?
