Has anyone worked with one of these? Got one here I am trying to config.. I actually just want it to behave like a managed switch so I can run snmp on it... but when I plug a 3rd network cable into it... it lights up like a christmas tree. All settings are basically default.

Oh well why didn't you first say that.. Btw what seems to be the problem? I am struggling to decipher the first post

If I plug 2 points into the switch it works fine, the second I plug in a 3rd one, the back lights go all bonkers and do this xmas tree effect.
