Cyberpunk 2077

Ignoring the known issues and insulting a forumite hardly qualifies you as credible imho
The 'known issues' have been utterly blown out of proportion. IMO.

I feel for old gen consoles however on PC this game is an astonishing achievement.

People go on about GTA V and RDR 2. After 80 hours both those games have been dropped by me. I will still play Cyberpunk for many hours.

Maybe it is just the setting, I enjoy this much more. There are so many small details which one will miss even after 100 hours. This is truly a gem.

My game is actually broken, so I don't know what you are getting at. It was fun for 75hrs, after I realised that all of my stash went *poof, so much for collecting iconic and legendary items and gearing for my endgame, and having that potential for a possible new game+ mode. It was also at this mark which I repeatedly had to reload missions for completion. At the end I suffered through to completion. For the mere fact for losing 99.99% of my inventory spoiled my entire experience.

Good for you having fun, but stop faking how good this game is when many are having an awful experience. I just went through a couple of Steam reviews, and there are many up votes containing swathes of criticism.

FYI, there is a console player in this thread with a corrupt save file. Not only a PC issue then, and just for reassurance GOG's remedy for bloated saves is to cut back on crafting the schit out of the game.

Don't you guys have multiple saves?

Anyway the game is great on my Series X.

I firmly believe patch 1.04 broke my game, or so I assume. I started playing from the moment the game dropped. All of manual saves have the same issue, but I am not going back that far in time to see if everything checks out I mean it is days of play. For now, I am waiting on new game+ mode, will revisit the game then when it should be in a better state.

Ok, booted up the game again and it started fine, right from where I last started. Wierd!

Played for about an hour with no issues.

I haven't played this game for a while, after my tutorial sort of let me down. Since then, been an update or two. I'm quite happy to wait while I grind BL3 :)

Anyone notice that the speedometer in the game is bogus?

No way the car can go 340KMH in city streets, feels/looks more like 140/160 at best.

Funny enough, this is about the only immersion breaking detail for me. Traveling feels really slow at times.

So far, I have had an awesomely good time with this game. I am sad others don't get to experience it this way... but then again, I think all the people enjoying the game aren't making much noise at all and playing the game instead.

Reading up on this, apparently the speed in the lower left corner is KMH, even though it correlates with the speed displayed in the car being marked as MPH.

Even if it's KMH, it's still BS.

A redditor calculated V's running speed to be 48KMH, lol.

Something really messed up with the physics, hopefully it gets fixed.

Yebo, GQ and Jay Leno did a nice piece on it.

Why not remove it entirely across all platforms? I'll laugh if this starts happening on consoles and their next patch is only in January.

In the mean time you'll have to please refrain from crafting, saving too often and generally playing the game...
