Cyberpunk 2077

Checked my Xbox Series X this morning, doesn't look like mine preloaded yet. The release timings map mentions preloads for Xbox will be available from 3 Dec 2020, but I can't seem to preload yet.

Clickety click

Any other XSX owners seeing the same/anything different?

After an eon of development time, can't wait for release and people to be greeted with this upon booting up the game...

Going to be cracked on day one as its DRM free, will test it and see if its worth the money, if it is then ill buy it.

seriously? You can pre-order it for R799 - which is such a good price for a AAA game this year. Plus it comes from CDPR who have build a decent reputation for producing quality games.

I'm looking forward to seeing if the Steam pre-load becomes available today. It should be available by 13:00 South African time, so if it is, me and my 15mb line are going to start the journey! Can't wait to play, and hoping my 7th gen i5, GTX 1060, 16BG Ram, and SSD will make this a good experience.

Yes seriously, with the whole pandemic and all its bound to have issues, rather not spend the cash to find out.

Try before you buy is my philosophy when it comes to games.

10 December - 02:00 to be exact.

what happened? nothing fatal?
Could be anything.
Started freezing after about an hour of game time. Then 10 minutes.
Now the PC does not even boot. Lights and fan comes on for about a second then switches off. Indefinite loop. Need to disconnect power socket to get the loop to stop

eish, sounds bad,
but might be board contacting case or something stupid like that,
had something like that when I screw my GPU into its bracket,

stripped everything completely and found out if I DONT screw the GPU into its bracket, everything works like it should.

easiest way is to try do that, strip everything and lay it outside the case,
including the front panel for on off.
see if it all works, and add components back into the case to see what stops it working.

lot of work, but at least youll see whats causing it.

I doubt pirates will acquire a copy, it is all pending on whether the multi player will sell in 2022.

Does your motherboard not beep or led flash error codes?

Tried that.
That's where my weekend went.

Pull out the RAM, run one at a time and try different slots. See if you can at least get it to POST

Feel your pain though - some construction workers cut my fibre cable and Vuma is only coming to fix it next week. :crying:

Already tried to get into bios by removing everything except the cpu.
Same thing.

It's either the PSU or the CPU or a short on the Mainboard.

CPU was running hot, but should still boot after cooling down.
