I will be playing the game on PC, but I have to take note that the game will be reviewed on the same copy as leaked unless CDPR supplied the reviewers with an updated version. The pre-patch version does have issues, and it is noticeable.

I am not a console player, the PS4 is capped at 30FPS?

This article is probably the reason Forbes had a fit. I thought CDPR said no articles, visual gameplay or any reporting on bugs and game mechanics before the embargo or have the embargo lifted?

The patch in question was confirmed to be around 43gb for console users who got their hands on physical copies early and for reviewers.

Those on PC/console who have pre-loaded will likely not see that big of a first patch as the updates are likely included in the initial download. After that? Who knows...but I suspect the Day 0 won't be that large for anyone with a digital copy.

PC Gamer stated this in their review,

We received a 50GB patch during our review period. CDPR referred to this patch as the Day 0 patch. When asked for clarification whether the patch will be what players were receiving at launch, a CDPR representative told us that the Day 0 patch is what people will be experiencing on launch day. It is the Day 1 patch, only different in name. More fixes will be rolled into the Day 0 (Day 1) patch, but we cannot specify exactly what.
