Still waiting for my router to be returned to me. It's been about 14 weeks now. Where is it?!
 
Yes, I complained first about 7 or 8 weeks in, they said they sent me an SMS requiring a handling payment. I never received/saw it but I made the payment that day and sent the proof of payment. Got silence for a couple of weeks, moaned again and got an email from them confirming they received it....and now we are here another couple of weeks later.

I never have issues with them but this time their service (or at least the feedback of progress) is pathetic.

I'll just bump this thread every day until my router is back in my hands
 
I don't suppose today is the day?
 
If it is lost will Telkom replace it with a new router? No repair can take that long.

Unrelated: TM Social Media Team take HELLISH long to respond on MyBB. Me thinks Fikile Mbalula does a better job of responding promptly to Social Media related matters. Rant Over
