There is precedent: Eastasmuchasyoucan(?) used to post the usage stats of their top users and as far as I know some current ISPs still do this.

Why would DC need to check with the users before posting the information?

I have tried Digichilli for less than a month. & all I can say is It is up to SHYTE :mad:.

Thank God I didnt can my Neotel connection:cry:. I at least get speeds of up to 200kB even on torrents on Neotel. Neotel has the decency to return my calls and emails at least. As for the managed service bit - Just a very clever way of saying they are throttling or making allowance for high usage and diminished throughput. What a crock of steaming dung. I just stuck my foot in the middle of it. Pity I just wasted my money on DIGICHILLI's BS.

Look at the way Axxess does it on their uncapped page, only the positions with the totals. The problem here was that they link it to a specific user...which I did not like.

Anyone notice that Google and Google Ads are now German? I think it happened with the changeover to the new IP range.

Cancelled my account. they have not cancelled it yet though. Hence i am logged on with it.

Torrents - dead
http - sort of ok - 10kb
browsing - ok

Screamer - totally Dead. Literally.

Afrihost - Cap finished :D
 
Wow ... 4 meg full speed ... I can't hardly believe my eyez ... what is happening ...

No wait ... its getting better 426 kbps .... 826 kbps ....... and counting.

hehe - I did the same thing last night.......kicked off a download and couldnt believe my eyes when the download was flying at a shade over 40KBps.....

Was just about to create a "thank you" post for DC, when I realised I had switched to Afrihost earlier. :-(
