Downloading through mediafire still gets a max of 25KB/s and it's multithreaded :o

Browsing is ok and pidgin seems to be much more stable. Will try more later. So far today seems 10x better than yesterday so congrats Digichilli

thanks, i can't even get a single connection. will bounch router and see if it helps.
 
Hehehehehehe just got an sms from screamer saying they are sorry for the bad connection speeds and are working on the issues. Uhm, I cancelled my screamer account end of november, but thanks for the update.

Just shows you, DC is not the only one with problems (seacom problems)
 
Mine was running fine this morning, don't know if its still connected to the eu servers, am sitting at the office
 
Is there any way a system could be put in place whereby the user could burst to full line speed after hours or something similar and on each package it bursts to full line speed for less time?

Well actually I feel that it should burst to full package speed, mild and spicy to 384, hot to 512 and extra hot to more. That way you get what you pay for. Guaranteed minimum speed, burst to full package speed.

Else you will have a large number of 384 line users struggling to get a piece of the pie when all the 4 meggars get full line speed on spicy and mild
 
everything seems to be good now. Getting package speed what one pays for is only fair. they might bring in a package that allows full line speed after business hours. similar to the package that axxess offers atm. maybe just way cheaper i hope :)
 
DC has been awesome so far, international browsing a few seconds slower than normal now and http download at 3kbs

just use a download manager to boost http download speeds. Will help you get more out of your DC account.
