my browsing is messed as well....am trying to work on my blogs and I am getting really frustrated....even posting on a forum belong to is a huge mission.....:sick::(:whistling:

There is some movements on local torrents, but international still pretty dead, international surfing still like dice throw

same here. Tried last night - nothing. This morning - nothing. Now - nothing.
Can barely browse - nothing on nntp. (23kb in 7 minutes).

This sucks.

Torrents were 3-4KB/s ealrier. Restated my pc / reboot router. Now it's been dead 0 for last 60min. DC is doing sumin, I wonder what?:erm:
Perhaps waiting for the WebAfrica techie to come over?

When can I consider the money I've paid, a waste? I have yet to use my account for all intensive purposes (not that it was usable) :(

Well, I consider my money a waste. Over two weeks and the account is STILL useless......

Write it off as a lesson learned - thats what I'm doing.

Um Hello? DC are you still around? Would it be possible for you to give us a date of International fix? Or are we going to be fed that "the upstream is a problem and we are working on it" with no time of fix? Would be nice to have some feedback or at least a discount for the first month due to all these problems...

DC, start putting chilli powder down the the ppl's pants who are making fixing this issue a problem for you!

well as i can look from all the complaints it will not be this year coz all the techies are on Chrismas holiday... go DC

So maybe I have someone local to thank but my torrents have gone up into double figures. Thankfully I have limited everything to 35kB/s but still it is a pick up. Browsing and HTPP downloads are nowhere though...

I see the notice on their homepage which says "Network Maintenance in progress" is still active.

No, its not just you. I have exactly the same, torrents now going between 10 kB/s and 25 kB/s, though more often on the lower end of the scale. And yes, all browsing is completely dead for me too. Personally I don't mind, as I am going away this morning in any case, so I won't be browsing until I get back.

Yikes. I hope DC get their network running properly one day. What they advertise is really appealing if they can deliver it.
