my account keeps getting dc the router doesn't connect with digichilli....

oh im not banned

coz i cant even get 1 gig coz for the disconnections

Their is a known issue with our upstream provider in London with high packet loss affecting international.

Issues between SAIX / MTNNS / IS are complicating things.

The shaper should be making browsing better across all packages.
 
Don't think it's anything new, but yesterday evening single threads were downloading at quite an acceptable rate, today however they've dropped again as before, fluctuating between about 4-8KBps.

Was it maybe just because few people were online last night?

@Gothan, either you are missing something or I don't understand what you're saying, I don't think it's possible for 4mb line holders to get anywhere near their line speed on the smaller accounts. They will be limited to that accounts speed and not their line.

But that is not what is happeniong, its suppose to be limited to the dc package speed. Currently its not. So if I have a 4mb line, I can get a mild account, and run it at full speed by masking torrents as http downloads (port 80). That is currently what is happening, well until yesterday, now the previously banned are checking their speeds
 
Oh ok, I didn't see that in what you posted though, not reading properly I guess. Hopefully sorted out then.

Say what ever you feel i say, DC is here because people speak their mind on this forum in general and this gives them a real true idea of whats out there. Cutting out the "I told you so" or the "you suck" crowd scews their picture into an unrealistic one. One of "hey you're doing great continue to work on it" when the picture might be "hey i want my money back"

Personally I want to help the DC guys and give them true feedback and i will continue doing that... in reality not everyone wants to do that, some want to say "Hey i cant download jack sheat" and thats the spice of life.
 
Just switched away from my DC account. Browsing kinda works, but anything involving HTTPS is just dead in the water for me. I have been waiting for 3 hours for the DynDNS site to log in, while I went out to have my car's wheels aligned and ran some errands. Thought it would be done by the time I got back.
 
international browsing is so slow......gave up on GTalk.....media fire doesn't even load properly.......

http download from megaupload is taking 24hrs for 200mb's......
 
its ****,thats all thats to it.maybe by this time they would have thought of a different provider for upstream?
 
Eish, i'm beginning to feel its starting to take to long.

How are we gonna ever get a stable connection if the upstream providers keep having problems. I've seen the secret cybersmart deal, and i gotta say, it's extremely impressive. If things don't improve fairly soon i'm gonna be forced to go with cybersmart. I really want to support digichilli though.

It's Monday, some issues to sort out.

Sun is shining, beach isn't too packed (since the vaalies can't handle the heat)....

All around a good day if you ask me.
