One can just make decisions based on information available to you at that moment in time. Being sorry for something you did not know at the time is stupid and anti-productive! Hinting at something that you know because of insider info or NDA is also not cool.

I have some WA prepaid cap I use. If I go strictly by this, I would have to cancel that account, and lose whatever I've managed to accrue there.


Well here is the thing. The way I see it, that is anti-competitive. We have a little law in this country empowering a nasty little commission. Just ask Tiger Brands, Pioneer foods, PPC and Telkom what happen to people fixing prices, killing competition or sharing markets... I am sure they will be happy to collect 10% of Cybersmart's Turnover for that little nugget!
 
morning all.......things are worse for me so far this morning....browsing is a mission and a half.......

GTalk working but can't get into my gmail account....

Don't know about torrents cause I don't use them....

http downloading is from 0-3KB's if I am lucky.....from rapid share,megaupload etc

mediafire is working again but very strangled......a 100MB download that use to take 1 1/2 hrs to download is now taking 5 hours......


oh eventually got into gmail after refreshing for 2 hours....:whistle:

can't reboot or restart my router cause if I do I sit for 30mins+- with out DC....

If you look at the first post, you can see that there is a major loss of packets as of yesterday and CambodiaDave hasn't said otherwise but it's a problem on their side.
 
My astraweb was downloading between 30kB/s and 38kB/s just before 07:00 for around 15 minutes or so and then just after 07:00 it went down to 3kB/s
 
This is absolute Bull**** :mad:

I am sick of diggichilli. I purchased an account in December and yet to use it. I cant do anything with it. Steam still inst working!!! What the hell???

Why should we pay for something that doe not work? There should have been a trial period to test diggichilli. Using paying customers as testers is BS! :mad: Under no circumstances this is acceptable.


You guys are destroying your client base!

I am going to cancel before end of December and until they sort this out I not signing up!

The updates have thinned and the rabble are getting restless.

The one thing that was working the best has been removed - the updates...

Oh, BTW - Impulse uses port 80 and 443 :)

meh this is sooooooooooooo lame i want int cap and fast . look wat i paid 4 . its a breach of contract meaning that one could get some lawyers involved, we have giving you a chance to fix the problem for at least 3 week now. I believe its time for action.
 
Alright well got a reply from Dave about the issues and it seems they're still pretty sure it's the upstream problem but it's taken this long to simply get the upstream provider to acknowledge there might be a fault on their end.

Seems like fate itself is throwing Digi a real bad set of cards to start things off............still hopeful my connection will return to goodness sometime soon though.
 
aaah right - my skype was always 'working' because I was chatting and calling someone else on the DC network.

What ever it is, it has been the same persisting issue since launch. The service has been exactly the same since launch... The was a brief period of improvement a week or so ago but that didn't last.
