I wanted to tell you about my experience with DC
I signed up for a mild account on 8 December. They are fast to deduct the money from my credit card... needless to say I have not received any username or password up to today (26 December) Below are some of the e-mails I have sent them:
Goodday,
I sent you this e-mail on Friday 11 December to inform you that I have not received my login details yet. Today is Tuesday 15 December and no one has come back to me with the details or phoned me about it. Please supply me with the details ASAP or cancel the account and refund my money.
This is really the worst service I have ever received from any ISP. Signing up with Afrihost was a breeze and I still use them and are very happy with their sevice. I signed up with you guys cause you provide ADSL Uncapped at a very good price. I regret now that I ever did it!
Please tell me what is going on and give me the service or a refund.
I am getting furious with you guys. Friends of mine signed up and all had received their login details.

Second one:
I would like to inform you after sending numerous e-mails and calls to your callcentre that I have not received any login details or any explanations what the reason is for not receiving the details. I also demand that you refund the R240 that I paid for service that I signed up for nearly 3 weeks ago and had not used cause you don't provide me with the details. I just received a blank email message. You will find the other email I sent you on 15 December explaining the situation. I never had such useless service from any company before and I can't believe you are unable to even provide me with a simple thing such as login details.
What is more funny is that a friend of mine signed up a few days ago and have paid and already received his details. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?????
Please give me an explanation...you wan't to provide me with a service or refund my money. I am really disappointed.
