I have a question regarding bandwidth usage. We were out of town on the 6th, 7th and 8th of June and there was no one home, no device was connected to the modem at all but still over the 3 days 333mb was downloaded and 56mb was uploaded. How is that possible, I have a very secure wifi password which I change regularly and only my wife and myself have it? If I multiply that 389mb times 10 it will give me the usage for the month of close to 4gb. That is a lot of data that I lose. I don't believe that it was downloaded at my home. Does anyone else experience something similar? I have a 4-10mb line with 30gb combo with Axxess. Below is a usage chart for the first couple days of the month.

Did you turn off your router when you go on holiday thats what I always do here?

I also cant see your usage chart or had any weird bandwidth problems here.

Was any PC connected to any of the ethernet ports? If so, was any of them on?

is your router admin login using default settings still? ie admin:admin, admin:password or user:password something like that

You should also think about using mac filtering and static IP addresses to further protect your wireless so if they happen to get through your wireless password they wont get access anyway without having their mac address of their device in the router and wont get an IP address and will have to manually type it in plus the DNS settings before even gaining access.

Tested mine with my brothers device, he visits once in a while and works 100% with protection.
