Mine did not reset but transactions still missing on my side.

Also getting the maintenance mode on the app from earlier posts

Mine is updating now but

Logged a query now for the transaction i did on the 3rd-4th . Those transactions were never added to weekly target, and i never received any sms/email notifications either

Mine updated this morning, it was fully up to date then. Still waiting for today.
My driving goal also updated today.

Same here I logged a query for Saturday's transaction that didn't add towards my weekly money goal I hope they sort it out, because when it happened on 7th Dec they never credited me for it, I asked today and they said it's still pending!!

So if anyone is interested, the points achieved for money goal resets to zero if the balance in the discovery savings accounts falls below R2,000 according to Vitality Money. So the actual balance in the savings account according to the Bank can be R1b, but if for some some reason (think poor systems and interfaces) Vitality Money thinks the balance is below R2,000 the system automatically resets points to date to zero.

There was about a 4 hour period on Sunday where there was an issue with the interface from Bank to Vitality Money resulting in my Savings account being reported as zero. My vitality money status also dropped to gold (from Diamond) as Vitality Money believed the balance in the savings account was below R100,000 (well, it was reported as zero). This same issue causes the goal reset.
 
Does anyone have clarity on the HealthyFood card situation with Pick 'n Pay when you link your SmartShopper card and also have the HealthyFood card sent with the Discovery Bank Credit Card? My wife has an additional credit card on my account and for convenience I gave her the HealthyFood card and linked my SmartShopper card on the Discovery website and use it when I buy groceries at PnP. However, without access to the detail of the HealthyFood cashback calc I can't be sure we are getting the full cashback from both our purchases.

Use the pick and pay app for virtual smart shopper then you know you getting it. Wife can use the virtual card.
 
Can somebody explain ‘Savings to Diamond’ to me? I just transferred R100k to a fixed deposit account, thinking I’ll be diamond then. Now I still have a ‘Savings to Diamond’ goal...

That’s a bit silly. No idea where they get the amount from though. Called bank but the “banker” was clueless as usual. Said I should call vitality money in the morning. I thought that if I have over R100k in savings I’m automatically diamond, provided that I have more than 80,000 points.

EDIT: Diamond now, was just a delay I guess.

Whats you percentage back on healthy shopping, clicks etc.

Just want to determine if the extra monthly fee for black bundle vs my currently platinum bundle is worth it

I know we gonna get miles instead of cash backs but does anyone know if there will be a cap on miles earn from healthy food and gear.

I also wonder if the miles earned at pick n pay will be close to instantaneous
