Out of interest sake, after doing the Vitality Health Checks, they only gave me bonus points for 4 out 5 checks. Not that I will need the points, I still complained asking why.
First respondent, after 3 weeks of waiting, said all checks are in place and gave me a whole table of what the criteria is instead of directly answering the question. That said, I noticed it had the words "Reading of x/x or less" so I asked them why I didn't get the points as I am on it, although not less. Next day I received an email and they fixed the points to passing 5 out of 5 checks.
Always had my systolic reading higher than the the suggested or on the edge, but the diastolic would always be far below the bad value. Have even been to the doctor in the past about the readings and concerns from the vitality health checks, and he said it is fine as is.
Anyways, from reading, with my diastolic reading on 70 already, I shouldn't try and lower the systolic reading too much, because that could also cause problems. Generally I dont have any health issues, eat fairly healthy and exercise so as long as the readings stay where they are I should be good.
