Mind if I ask what the benefit of not meeting one's goal is?
Also, does anyone know what's the highest that they'll set a weekly goal? I started in Jan and it's now 700. Starting to get a bit rough (don't belong to gym yet). If I get sick or have to travel I'll probably miss the goal.

Still on 350 and haven't met the goal since March 2017.. Would get 100-200 based on my weekly activities but haven't bothered since my Apple Watch benefit came to an end..Building on this... how long do yours take to drop - mine never seems to drop (went like a month without hitting any goals, not even close to reaching target, and it never dropped)...

2nd hand is fine AFAIK. I don't think the actual ID of the device gets registered with Vitality. They are only aware that you have a Polar, Garmin or Apple account for example.Hi guys. I've recently joined Vitality and have a gym membership. I'm looking at getting a fitness tracker for walking / swimming. Do I have to purchase a new unit or can I purchase a compatible one second hand?
was just wondering if anyone else is having issues with points not reflecting on vitality. my points earned for the last couple of days are showing on my overall points for the year but on the weekly goal they are showing as pending. it normally updates within seconds.
Exactly the same herewas just wondering if anyone else is having issues with points not reflecting on vitality. my points earned for the last couple of days are showing on my overall points for the year but on the weekly goal they are showing as pending. it normally updates within seconds.

Eish their new 'algorithm' is ruthless. I made goal for the first time in several months and within an hour after midnight with the new week starting they bumped my goal up by 50 points to 400!What's the lowest one's goal can go to if you continuously don't make goal? Mine seems to be stuck on 350, with this last drop being about 4 weeks ago. I've (purposefully) not made goal since November 2017.

Back in the day it used to be much more delayed in terms of increasing the weekly goal. It would sometimes take weeks to increase by 50 points! I'm just commenting on their newfound efficiencyI started this about 10 weeks ago and was on 200 points. I’ve made goal every week and am now on 500 points.
No point to using the thing if you’re not going to push yourself and make goal. That is the point :erm:
