Seems like the Vitality Drive points allocated for October is completely incorrect, almost as if they have ignored the driving behaviour points from the total. Anyone else seeing the same?

mine is fine.

very annoyed that 6 slips in August were never captured , lucky i kept my slips, not he first time this has happened

My points are reflecting correctly. Which is weird, because it used to only update around the 9/10th of each month.

It looks like the actual drive points has not been added to the rest of the points yet. On the Dashboard I can see what points have been achieved for the various driving behaviours, but the total points does not reflect this. Maybe we should give this another day or two and see if it updates.
Will wait till Friday morning to see if it updates

Who does one contact about problems with points from your total steps on your fitness device not being added to your active rewards points despite hitting your target?

I'm not impressed. According to the discovery app I missed my goal by 50 points, but my 50 points for reaching 5000 steps was not added for last Thursday. This is with Huawei health app.

You have email them and wait . It wont be quick.

Have you checked online? It may show you've hit your annual cap. The 50 point events you can earn a max of 1000 per annum.

No, it's not that. I had 50 points for 5000 steps added to my activate rewards points 2 days later on Saturday. I haven't reached 20 50 point events yet.

The uploading of steps have always been problematic. I often find that if I manually sync mid day (say on 2 500 steps), this would sync through correctly and show up as zero points as I did not achieve the 5 000 (or 10 000) steps.

If you then manually sync later in the day again, this time after achieving say 6000 steps, it does not update and award any points for achieving the 5000 target.

Then easy to resolve, hopefully they can backdate and show your goal as achieved though.

Screen dump it, email to Vitalityinfo@discovery.co.za

You'll get an email back with a reference.

Call 086099887 and ask them to manually allocate based on your screen dump. They should do it while you wait

I am also using Huawei Health and my 300 point workout is also not showing up in the Discovery App. Did the workout on Tuesday and steps have synced for Wednesday already so it should be showing.

My drive score updated today!

Did not receive any money back from gym booster, heatlhy care or healthy food yet.

I just got for healthy retail so dischem and pick n pay but still no gym booster or device booster (last month's device booster pay out was a week late so I'll wait a bit)

Discovery support is now on WhatsApp, notification on the website appeared when I logged in. I registered for it now.

Had no idea what BALRETAIL on my bank statement was. Good thing there's MyBroadband :-D
