Awesome thanks. Was just concerned because I normally get it the day after my dashboard updates, which was on Monday. They seem to be dragging their feet with everything lately.

My dashboard has also updated although not sure the exact date. Im almost getting the feeling they have too many cashbacks and its starting to hurt them... eg... why was my preferred shopping partner changed without authority from PnP to Woolies when I never shop at woolies. The most i buy there is a bottle of water once a month

It’s a bit of a joke really. Discovery’s a mess. I haven’t had any cash backs in nearly 6 months (except fuel because it goes into a different account), they’re still trying to figure mine out. They owe me over R2k...

Sounds like the story of my life - my fuel also goes into another accountinterestingly.

They owe me at least 2k if not more as well. They missed 4 months (March to July) then picked up and started paying. When I complained, they paid me July in October but missed 2 weeks of September and all of October.

Are you getting any joy from the complaints.

Which bank does your healthy care and food supposedly go into?

It’s supposed to go into my Vitality savings account. I believe that’s where the problem lies. The account they’re trying to pay the money into has been closed and nobody knows how to update the account number. It’s supposed to update to Vitality savings automatically when you move to bank but mine didn’t.

I actually lodged a complaint with the CGSO this morning, will see where that goes.

Anyone on Insure not received their cashback yet? I phoned and the consultant said the funds were paid on Monday but that EFTs take about 3 business days to clear. I've never seen an EFT take that long to clear and I bank with Discovery so money should've been in Monday evening.
Yes I received vit living (I assume that fuel for November) yesterday but still waiting for October
I also received my gym booster cash yesterday but not healthy care(maybe it's below R50)
I also got my fitness booster yesterday

I now this is the thread for Vitality but it's where all the Discovery gurus hang out so.... does anyone know if Uber is part of the miles multiplier? If you go to the Discovery Rewards Partners page (https://www.discovery.co.za/reward-partners), it shows that Uber is a partner of Insure and Card. But if you click on Uber, you get this:

Looks like this is the old card. The new credit card apparently doesn’t have a multiplier

Yip new Card doesn't have miles multiplyer,really sucks ,I prefer the older card way of earning miles ,it actually grew nice amounts when i spend at Bp pick n pay etc

Yeah, this is the old card I'm asking about. I'm hanging onto the old card until the last possible moment, resisting the move to the bank. Without the miles multiplier, I'm not sure the new card will be worthwhile for me. Might have to look into ebucks.

Dont think its multiply anyway anymore as new miles system goes live in jan.
