Yip same here. Good to see someone complaining. I've been tracking carefully and just in November cashback I'm short to the tune of R600. October they missed every dingle shop of mine but paid for JulyHeads up guys.... keep checking your healthy food cashback. I've been getting way less than I should be, and on checking (emailing them and asking them to send me the details, purchase by purchase) they're missing purchases. In August it was two purchases from PnP, September was one, and this month it was 4, totalling R145 in cashback.
September they matched 2 weeks only. (I may be 1 month out in my comments, not at my PC). They also missed 4 months from March to June. It's a full time bloody job checking up on them, and they avoid sending statements like the plague... I know why though. Yeah im aware of the miles. their newsletter said if I have one diamond left it will be removed on the 4th Dec and a new play will be given on the 11th. My diamond is still there so I wonder if I'll get the play if it's still there?End of the month, it becomes miles

I called Vitality now to activate the current benefit. They said they cant do a manual activation for this as the benefit is ending and wont work from Jan.Dam so you need the full banking suite and change your debt order to their bank, so I'm out as I only have their cc and their vitality savings account?
But even to get the boosted portion paid back,it says your account needs to be in good standing order but I'm sure I read the more you spend the more they give back, want it like R25000 a month to get the 25% paid back?
Or is this only applicable if you boost after 1st Jan, does those that allready have their gym booster and disc new cc still get it paid back?
Does anyone know why there is still no Team Vitality option in the Western Cape?
Only change I heard of regarding gyms is a min of 30min at the gym to get points, so somehow they going to be tracking exit times.
Guys - check your preferred partners. Just got my November Statement only to see (they picked up, because they know Im a moaner) that my preferred shop has been switched from PnP to Woolies and I only shop at PNP, so I got 10% vs 25% back on everything. Theyve promised to do a manual payment but we shall see.

The vitality 9 digit wicodes are 3 digits less than the ones that come from eBucks. Perhaps they have to specify the type when they enter the code and they chose the wrong type when you tried to pay with them?People... is anyone else's vouchers not working?
