Mine also shows nothing, they keep blaming my phone.

I have the DQ tracker installed. The actual tracking device. Not the windscreen one. And it's working fine for fuel rewards but not for vitality rewards.

You should be getting vitality rewards, I've had my issues with incorrect speed allocations (long story) using the DQ Track standalone, but I've been getting my vitality active driving rewards for a number of years.

Has anyone's gym tracker disappeared off the app and also not seeing allocation of virgin active workouts?
 
They seem to have delinked me from virgin active. No sign of gym tracker or points since 1 February
 
To the people on a Premier membership who meet their goals every week of every month:

Do you get a discount? When signing up, I was told that Premier gets a 25% discount, whereas the standard membership gets 100% (provides you meet your goals for the month).

No discount for premier membership even if you meet your goals
