Morning All, has anyone had the issue of workouts not reflecting on the Discovery website/app - currently using Polar Beat app together with Polar HR monitor.

I did a workout on Sat for 300 and Sun for 200 - data has been synced multiple times. Sunday data is reflecting on Discovery, but not Saturday data. I have also checked under Vitality Points, but it has not even landed here. This has happened once before and was effectively 'lost'.

Only done one workout in the new year - did it yesterday (Sunday) and it's already reflecting. Did a Park Run on Saturday as well but that is only reflected on Wednesday the following week.

All of my runs (Garmin), gym, wife’s fitbit are reflected... haven’t done anything today yet. They seem to be off to a good start!

Keen to see what the healthydining benefit will work

Hi All,

Who is still experiencing the 0% Discovery reward as per @StrontiumDog (2018 thread).

Also did anyone get Healthy Gear cash back in December? According to the consultant on my profile no rewards were paid in December to me either for Dischem.

Thanks

I had the same issue? Any idea why no rewards were being paid?

I bought an item at Sportsman warehouse for about R500 (vitality item) which im supposed to have received a 25% cash back for?

Points for 5000 steps not counting towards vitality points only towards vitality active goals. Anyone else confirm this?

Hi Joka

Did you activate the booster?

My vitality drive rewards have still disappeared for both my vehicles. And no response to my support request submitted a week ago...
Same issue here. No good driving points for December and under Vitality Awards the app has "Previous goal: Pending 0.0 consecutive event-free km" - except in the Insure app it shows that I hit goals. This is quite irritating as it would have knocked me up a level.

Nope, learnt that last year.

My weekly goal is still sitting at 900
How do you manage to get these points every week?

What if one is sick, it is actually just madness in my opinion. Or is it just me?

Doubt ill be getting the 25% back on that purchase.

How do you manage to get these points every week?

So, for me, i either do a Parkrun on a Saturday morning, for 300 points, then 100 everyday after that, either steps or gym visits.

Or, i do 2, 200 points at gym during the week, with HR over 70%(Somewhere around there) and then 100 points for 10k steps or gym visits.

I do make mine mostly, been slacking somewhat in Nov/Dec, but, getting back into it now.

What if one is sick, it is actually just madness in my opinion. Or is it just me?

The thing is, the points get to that amount because you've managed to get it to 900, so the fact that you got it to 900, means you can do it.

The only way for it to become less is, if you dont reach that goal for a total of 2-3 months if im not mistaken, then it starts going down by 50 points? (Somebody will have to vouch on that, im not too sure)

Were there really that many people making the mission of going all the way to the gym, swiping in and then leaving immediately just for the points??

I often do this during summer months when I'm running instead of gyming. I don't want to lose my pre-2010 gym benefit
