Anyone found out about the awol cashbacks?

Just heard now when i called for something, there is still a delay and they are still investigating.

I normally get paid on the 7th but I see on the 6th I got 200R which was much more than I expected from healthy foods.i don't have any other booster active.. reference was DiscVIT

I just got 60pts for healthy food. I usually get 1000. So they borked that up as well

Me too and was 300. Usually get more than double if that is healthy food. Bit less of healthy care.
Useless?

I got email from them today, which doesn’t explain the 300odd that I got today.

Nope l. Cashbacks used to show and have been removed.

I also saw that instead of monthly allocations now they are allocating after each spend on healthy food , till maximum of 1000 per month

I also got 60, month before 240, before that 480 and before that 500. I have increased my healthy food purchases. If it is working differently kindly explain.

Also never got my vitality drive points.

Makes it now a huge pain to see at a glance what we might have earned for the month

I never knew miles expired, but wouldn't they at least say when.ive never come across anything about that

Yes, they do expire. I'm not sure after long, but in the section with the details of the miles there is a block for expiring miles. If you go into your credit card details, click on the miles value and it will take you to the relevant page.

Miles last for 5 years.
