Discovery Vitality [2019]

Yes, they do expire. I'm not sure after long, but in the section with the details of the miles there is a block for expiring miles. If you go into your credit card details, click on the miles value and it will take you to the relevant page.
Thanks but the deduction was not from it being expired, Discovery had a sytem.error in Feb and I and many others were incorrectly credited extra miles now they took that away, which is fine but at least send and email statement etc,but it's so hard to work our what miles I actually got from.my purchases.

This healthydining thing - does it have to be via UberEats? I seem to remember something about being able to take a picture of your till slip, but can't see anything about that on the app

Edit: Nvm, it looks to be coming soon

2019-05-07 : HealthyFood Cashback Campaign
We apologise for the delay in processing the cash back payments for the 'Up to 50% HealthyFood cash back' campaign at Woolworths which ran over the weekend of the 30 and 31 March 2019. We will be processing these campaign cash back payments over the next three weeks. Thank you for your understanding.

2019-04-29 : Vitality Cash Back
We are enhancing our Vitality cash back system to create a seamless experience for our members. During this period, you will not receive a notification informing you that your Vitality cash back has been paid into your nominated bank account, Discovery Card or Vitality Savings Account. Viewing your cash back amount will also be temporarily unavailable on the Discovery app and the Discovery website.

Once our new system is implemented, your cash back details will be available on the Discovery app and the Discovery website. Here?s what you can look forward to viewing:

  • The total cash back you have earned per month
  • The date your cash back was paid
  • The account your cash back was paid into

Another awesome deploy of Discovery ;-)

I've learnt - don't be a pioneer with Discoverys new ventures. Wait for them to be tried and tested :-)

Regarding boosting flights, I want to book and boost a return ticket for December 2019 , so let's say I book it, then boost it, then aim to get 6 or more goals up to a max of 13 goals (for the 100% discount on base fare).

What if I were to book a different return ticket for October 2019 whilst still boosting the above, can I decide to stop boosting the December return ticket at any point in time and then start boosting the October 2019 return ticket?

Is this possible with an end result of having boosted 2 return tickets and being paid back respectively on the number of boosted goals met for each one?

No. Only one boost at a time. You can't cancel

Also be aware for Flight Booster that if you fly BA ( out or return)and the other as Kulula then you can't boost that booking at all. I made this mistake booking flights for October. Make two separate bookings and then you will be able to boost the Kulula one

I will just make sure that both legs of the trip are on Kulula then.

So I sent a query to vitality asking with in my app and PC does the percentage at pick n pay show nothing before the % .yet when I phoned they said I do get 25%,so they answer in got was ' because I didn't purchase any pick n pay healthy food items between that period of last month that's ,why it showed..0%. ..that's never been the case besides I actually did make purchases. Shocking reply

Anyone having issues redeeming pick n pay vouchers? I've been to 2 different pick n pays and it was declined at both.

Same thing happened to me with my Woolies vouchers. The cashier said it was a common problem. I have reported to Discovery and they "are investigating"

I thought so too with a voucher expiring mid April. Eventually Vitality got back to me and advised the voucher I thought had not been redeemed had been redeemed on 11 January. I then checked and indeed I had a screenshot where I noted that it was redeemed on that date. So the problem could be that some of the vouchers don't disappear once used, then it's easy to forgot that they were used.
