Anyone else having issues with points reflecting from runs using their Apple watch? Last week I did a 10km and my Ave. HR was definitely above 80%, but instead of 300 points reflecting, I received 100 points as it seemed to pick up the steps count and not the HR.
The issue seems to be only with runs when using the Nike NRC App - any ideas?

You have to log workouts with the Workout app on Apple Watch, the NRC app is not compatible with Vitality.
Same issue. Did not get them for June, July, August and had to log a call. Only then were they allocated. Noticed September was not allocated, so logged another call - two weeks later and not even a reply.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of that! Kinda dumb considering the Apple Watch Nike Series is available on the Vitality Watch benefit.

Yes, I got all mine allocated overnight.Looks like they have started allocating 2019 points to 2020 (dental, fitness assessment, etc) as per their communication!Awesome...

16320 points to go for me. Have to dig deep to find these. Fitness buckets for me and wife is <5k. Should be 2k healthy foods still... now for the rest. I need my Diamond

I am now on gold after last nights COVID allocations. Does 3 years of gold still get you diamond in the following year?
And I assume any tests e.g. health checks that I did last year and where they then manually allocated points based on last year would not be awarded again in full if I did the test now?

Effectively you need 50000 points per member to get to diamond (no year requirements).
The higher of the 2019 or 2020 health or fitness checks will be awarded.
