I’m not sure, I’ve never actually gone twice. Always got full marks so this is scary lol. I guess you can skip the HIV test but you’ll pay for everything.

I lost out last year because of BP. I am now on meds after showing the doc.

After 3 months of being on the meds went from 155/96 to about 126/76 now. So worth it to get it fixed. I am a chronic patient for life now with discovery sadly, but at least no silent killer for me.

Please keep us updated. Don't worry, BP is easily treatable but is chronic as mentioned in the post below yours. It picked up my mom's high-ish BP, doc put her on meds (and it's a pmb) and her BP is scary low. 105/62 last week of December. But yes, it can be a silent killer. Go to the doc. How high was yours?

Thanks man. Yeah will see what the doc says. Been waking up with headaches so maybe it’s related. It was 143/90.

It could definitely be related. And that's definitely high enough to have checked out. In fact almost identical to what my mom's started at

Some, most actually, of the Discovery Medical Scheme options pay for 2 checks per year per member/beneficiary

You can check on the Discovery App under Medical Aid and then Benefits used and scroll to Screening and Prevention Benefit - Health Check, it should say available 2 (unless you have already used 1 this year)

My bank goal has not been updated after the 30th, did reach my goal but want the extra swipes to rollover. Hopefully gets updated next week.

Eventually they credited me for the 31st and I think 1st. Nothing since
 
Is anyone else experiencing problems with the syncing of device workouts? I completed a workout yesterday morning at 80% of my max heart rate for 30 minutes + and when I synced the workout it showed nothing under points. However under the devices and apps tab it shows the workout was loaded, on points tracker nothing.

Mine is fine using a Huawei
They having so many problems since the last day of 2019. Very annoying

Which device were you using?
 
I wasn't aiming for my weekly goal last week, but some people are going to be pissed off as Discovery has still not awarded 300 points for the New Year's Day park run (they only do it every Wednesday, to be fair, but obviously did it the morning before results were uploaded).
