I was on diamond last year and according to app when I looked until yesterday, I had reached targets for Diamond (think it was in Nov, when we reached it). Today the app says, we are Gold based on last year. Anyone else having that issue? Thx

I've got this same issue, been on Diamond status for over 5 years... Now on Gold. Hope they resolve it soon.

If I have been on gold for 3 years now, and last year it said I will be on diamond next year is it correct that I am on gold? It says now that your status is based on how you finished the previous year, surely thats not fair seeing as they just changed the way the system works? Anyone in the same situation? - UPDATE now on Diamond

Is anyone else still affected by the incorrect vitality status bug? Asked a couple of people and theirs have all been corrected but I’m still stuck on gold.

I read on a Facebook group that some ppl are still stuck on Gold. they called the call centre and they doing a system reboot at 6pm and that should apparently fix it ....

Give it a day or 2, possibly run in batches... (showing my age) mine went from diamond to gold and back to diamond.

I’m still on gold- should be diamond. If it’s not correct by tomorrow I’ll follow up again on their WhatsApp channel which is currently the quickest way to get answers

I see that there is now a question popping up at random times when using the discovery app asking "Do you enjoy using our app" with only a Yes or No response allowed.

With so many bugs in the app they cannot be serious with this!
