mine is still outstanding for december. the app said i will be rewarded the second wednesday of the following month but that never happened.

I also also meant to earn miles for keeping track of my chronic medicine, but that is also broken
 
My HR workouts this week are giving me only 200 pts when I've always gotten 300. The chart says I need to hit 141 but I've done 147 and 153. Anyone else ?

I'm still waiting.

I did one on the 31st of Jan, which was successful BUT they only paid out for 2 items. When we had 3 vitality meals. I suspect it's an Ocean basket issue, when I look at the slip the third item doesn't have a "V" next to it. On the menu its a vitality meal, was the 200g Sole. Waiting for the payment, according to the app will be paid today.
 
What the flying F. I queried my healthy dining on the 25th. I get a reply today saying I must send the receipt through. Why the heck are they asking for it if I scanned and uploaded via the app?

I have submitted anyways

Got my 100 for completing my goal this morning.. so they must have recalced
 
Got my cash backs. But it’s actual cash. Not complaining but I thought I read someway we just getting miles.
 
As much as i b!tch and moan, i got R960 back from HL + shoe booster. Quite pleased with that. Now if only they followed through on doing the healthydining benefit properly. Have 2x pending that should mean another R50 or so
 
Nothing back here yet, should get a decent amount as I am on 43% back on dischem and did decent amount of healthy care stuff.
 
I got fuel, devise booster, my H/L was lower that what I expected,(I'm on 37%) really wish I could see my purchases online like you used to be able to see my pick n pay purchases to track

Not really. All my healthy care products are from dischem. Used only fnb dischem voucher which gives you 40% plus 50% from discovery. But I still suspect Discovery is still giving 25% on healthycare instead of 50%.

Just waiting for them address my cashback query from Jan.
 
I'm also wandering if they also not giving my the 25% as well, did u query with back rewards or vitality health department?

I think it’s the bank. I queried it to my vitality consultant and he forwarded to the bank.
