It should be based on the % at the end of the previous month (July payment based on % at end of June)

Just sent a query on the same, but mine it was not paid on either current or last month's status. It is just some arbitrary %.
 
Hey - i took out the shoe booster in Aug 2019; figured that my last bit of cashback would be July 2020. But got nothing 2 days ago. Have sent a query. And they taking their time to respond. Has anyone taken note of the cashback by month?

Also have not received my shoe booster for June. It's not always on the same day though, so it's difficult to figure out the pattern.

Mine’s also delayed, usually gets paid around the 8th for me.

Isn't the personalised driving goal supposed to be effective from today?

Not sure about drive goal mine not been working for 2 weeks again:(

I thought so too but I don’t see anything. Larger tiles supposed to be from today but I’ve played already so not sure. If it’s not from today it will probably only kick in on Wed though.

Secondly if I use a discounted voucher, do you think it would affect cashback calculations?

Not sure I understand your question correctly, I found that if I use miles to pay in store at say Sportsmanswarehouse, that would be included in my monthly spend and I would get Miles back on that spend. The vouchers should work the same (payment method should not impact if you get miles or not)?

Yes dischem i still got my rewards back with paying with dischem vouchers from ebucks.

Strange I have an Android and didn't see any update this morning,I remember doing an update on 6 July What version is your app showing?
