Oh so is one's Vitality Age calculated and tracked separately and not automatically updated via the Health Check? I'm fairly sure there was no info on a percentage decrease date yesterday so perhaps indicative that I had not done the Age quiz this year, but even if so it didn't seem to reduce my Dis-Chem benefit below 25% when that was my preferred partner.

For Clicks healthycare cashback I'm not with Discovery Bank so in that case would they still pay out in discovery miles?
I see I'm still on 10% rewards but I will wait till 1 October before contacting Discovery Vitality.

So you can get miles if you have the free discovery account, which you can get if you have vitality health.
Else, if you don't have that, it should pay in to your bank account that you have specified to receive funds in, I think the same as medical expenses you paid out of pocket and claimed. Same account as that.
