Has anyone ever had their score drop by a large margin over a day while all their trips were rated 5 stars?

Saturday morning my score was 535. Did 4 small trips on Sunday. Monday morning my score is at 515, the only explanation from discovery is that my coverage ratio was low. 4 trips of less than 15 minutes (10KM) each all rated 5 stars and i get this.

Mine is still good. I’m just worried whether I can meet to drive 100km per week.

They sent a message tonight - Discovery Insure: During the National lockdown period you can still achieve your weekly active reward goal if you drive less than 100km, as long as your trips are event-free. Detailed communication to follow. Auth FSP

Yes didn't get last week either so didn't get my bonus play.

Has anyone had this on their DQ points? I now have 0 for April.

I read it's happened to people who wrote on the vitality my broadband page. I think send discovery an email

Yeah, I am on Diamond so got 842 and 843 for my driving previous two months
..says I'm only getting R50 cash back on my R1300 spend...guess I'll email when I get that.

I posted about this in the Vitality forum yesterday but thought this one is more prudent. I woke up this morning to find that my status has dropped to Bronze, even though Discovery assured me yesterday that the scores are still calculating. Seriously unhappy about this... Anyone else in the same boat? Did you also drop to a different status @binloud ?

I posted about this in the Vitality forum yesterday but thought this one is more prudent. I woke up this morning to find that my status has dropped to Bronze, even though Discovery assured me yesterday that the scores are still calculating. Seriously unhappy about this... Anyone else in the same boat? Did you also drop to a different status @binloud ?
No I am still on Diamond, but that's just cause it's calculating for the whole year. I see it's pulled through my score stating it's 50 points...would have been blue if not for being averaged out to diamond. So mine is also wrong

My first plan anniversary is only in October so I will hopefully be Diamond by then. Have been maintaining gold since month one so I really hope this doesn’t affect my Diamond status goal. But I emailed them this morning so will post back once I have feedback. Still waiting for them to award my drive goal as well.

Edit I see my driving performance score.is 0/850

So what's the point in giving us an average fuels spend if you going to give us a 0 for driving performance

My claim free years is 75/200

Are they still calculating or is this an error?

Are you getting a prorata for the claim free years? Mine is still at 0. Policy incepted last year May.

See post #10, I emailed them early this morning and got a reply saying they are still calculating. They can only log a query with their "DQ-Track Specialist" after the 15th of the month. Glad it's not only me though.

Update: My drive score is fixed now.

I see the score for last month has been fixed but my score just dropped by a whooping 135 over the weekend. And i didnt even drive anywhere.

Has anyone received the petrol cash back?
Phoned this morning and was advised that there is a delay in the payments. Apparently SMS's and emails were sent yesterday regarding the delay, but I have not received either.
