Just going to the Gym. Got the app last week Wednesday but it still had my previous day visits for that week.
How does one get 1200 point? Do you have to go out and buy a fitbit or something?
You can get 500 points for a single 5km run/walk/crawl - parkrun. Every Saturday 08:00.
I don't run. Bad knees.You can get 500 points for a single 5km run/walk/crawl - parkrun. Every Saturday 08:00.
Do you register for the parkrun? and get a code for vitality?
I don't run. Bad knees.
You have to register at the parkrun organisation, www.parkrun.co.za. Then link with your Vitality profile - like so: https://www.discovery.co.za/discove...ntent/pdfs/vitality/park_run_profile_link.pdf

Thanks but running is soooooooooooo boring. At least at the gym I can watch TV.
Ah you're one of 'those' gymgoers.
Its just that when I drive and I see people running ...... they never look happy.

Well, one leg ever so slightly longer and a combination of playing volleyball and basketball too much a few years ago, i.e. one session straight after the other on multiple days per week was too much for my leg muscles to bear.Bad core. Well. That is the new theory. Most knee problems are core related.

Yeah, probably not a good idea to be jumping around in a volleyball practice just after playing basketball for an hour and a half. Unless being super fit and conditioned for that of course. That would put strain on your knees.
