Again, should if ever get to a court, the responsibility of the owner will have been met should they have fenced in their property. Responsibility for the loss of sheep and damage to property would rest with the idiot letting off the loud fireworks.

Wrong the farmer would have to prove that the firework DIRECTLY caused damaged to fence. Go on take it to court, enough people have AND LOST. Except when that tradition hurts others, I have no issue with others traditions but when that tradition has me awake at 12pm with a screaming child and terrified dogs, I then have an issue. Being considerate is a two way street, by letting off rockets and large fireworks in a residential area shows your neighbors that you have no consideration for them so why should they show any consideration towards you.

I love fireworks but they should be controlled and used in designated areas that will not impact the residents that do not share the same traditions and beliefs.
