He may be onto something here but even if so, there's no way we are going to be able to verify this anytime soon, probably ever.

 
It's almost definite that there is life out there but any claim that "alien life will be found within 10 years" I call hogwash on. As it is, we can't even find lost aircraft like MH370 and there are many others including Amelia Earhart's plane they've never found so what makes them think they can find alien life?

I think they are referring to evidence of life, present and past in the form of single/multi-cell organisms; not sentient creatures.

Locally (eg Mars/Europa) we can detect these with robots (eg. Curiosity)
The JWST can measure the physical and chemical properties of planets which in turn can point to signs of (simple/biological) life.

With the vast distances involved and our lack of propulsion to get anywhere near the speed of light (never mind faster than light travel - that's a whole different can of worms) it is sadly unlikely we will know in our or our children's lifetimes :-(

It's is also very possible that there are organisms out there that are not carbon but silica based (or even an element not known to us) and that we would not recognize with our current level of technology.

Even that looks far-fetched if they can't even find lost things on earth.

And yeah, I know what you mean. There is zero chance of making contact with any intelligent beings in our lifetimes. Even if they are there, it will likely take hundreds if not thousands of years to beam them a message via radio signal and that same amount of time to get a response. The vastness of space could make communication impossible permanently.

Not sure how far down the rabbit hole you want to hear from but considering this is not the philosophical debates section...

Uploaded a spiritbox session on ancient Egypt on my YouTube about eight years ago. I didn't believe any of the information at the time but based on questions asked heard some interesting feedback:
  • Designer of the pyramids was a mind reader
  • Time travels shared knowledge on building of the pyramids
  • These time travellers had the ability to watch dreams
  • And they also spent time record gazing (some other group called the device a retroscope)
Posted more information later in 2023 in the paranormal thread as well. Very likely there are several types of species and timelines visiting earth according to the ongoing sessions.

One these "researchers" wrote a paper on alien abductions + their claims have not been peer reviewed.

Their previous paper about these scans was completely ignored as they could not explain why they missed some structures and claimed to "see" structures where everyone else saw none.

This time they had AI analyse the scans.

Sounds like bullshit to me.
