I work for myself so I'm the boss. Hate the stress and workload though. Way higher than being employed.

Hate it, but have resigned.
Love it. Work with family in a relaxed, casual environment. Busy enough but not over burdened, not micro managed, everyone shares the workload. Literally home from home. Oh, and working for wholesalers means we only see 5/6 customers per day

Still procurement in the Engineering and Manufacturing industry but I now go from procuring materials to a much larger range of things in a multinational company, will mainly be electronics, hydraulics, castings and services plus basically whatever else is needed from a technical perspective.
