This is a tough one... If pay was more and the people were different than YES!!.
But no.. pay is dismall and people ruin everything. could be such a great workplace.. only care about who kissed the most ass:(

Love it. Work with family in a relaxed, casual environment. Busy enough but not over burdened, not micro managed, everyone shares the workload. Literally home from home. Oh, and working for wholesalers means we only see 5/6 customers per day  as bulk of the transactions are telephonic.

That sounds like heaven :)

Great boss, and like the people I work with. Also get on well with the client I serve. So gotta say it's a definite like.

Only reason I don't like it is because I have to be at the office from 7 till 4.
Would prefer flexi hours so I can enjoy the sunlight.

Nah, it had good potential at the beginning of my career, but has got rather boring. Also long existing staffing issues means everyone is now over-worked...

I love the work, just some of the politics outside our immediate team gets a bit much.

Then again, I work from home twice a week and I am out of the office by 3 pm every day.

No, I don't, but I've been in my line of work for 15 years and have no experience in what I would really like doing. To this end I've started my own little business but it's too volatile to rely on the income it generates.

One of my colleagues is finishing tomorrow because he also hates the job, the problem for him is he's got no job on Monday because he resigned via WhatsApp when he was pissed off at his manager. The next day he wanted to rescind his resignation because he did it over WhatsApp only to be told that a WhatsApp message is a valid form of communication and that they are not going to have him rescind it - he is a real moan gat and that counted against him.

Love it.

Every day is a challenge - keeps me up at night not knowing how I am going to find solutions to problems (which is a good thing)
Global company with 90000 people (IT Industry)
Can move tomorrow to Dubai/London/Germany/Portugal - if I wanted to...

Very grateful for my job as it is a good one, but in a bit of a slump right now where I am not enjoying it much.

Quite enjoy my job but it's not been particularly mentally stimulating for me as of late. I wake up in the mornings to solve hard problems, and currently I don't get to do that very often.
The result is that I'm a bit bored.

The people in my team are awesome and the environment really suits my personality. Everyone's a type-A, direct, driven individual. It's amazing.
What's the job, and type of problems you have to solve?

I love the variety of what I do but find the politics of working for a company that is run by a husband and wife for the last 3 odd years uninspiring. I have been working for the same company for close to 20 years.

I don't mind all the extra hours I put in for no extra pay, I love the challenge and the many things that put both my mind and endurance to the test.

I work with everything from computers, Polymers, Silicates, cameras and mechanics, metals in all their states of viscosity to electronics. I even get to work with leathers, plastics, textiles, acids and various other compounds. Occasionally I get into the garden...

It's all good - unless it's raining, then it pretty much sucks.

Currently unemployed and its a resounding NO on that front.

Anyone hiring? :D
