I like both but I prefer a good co-op campaign, like Army of Two or even Left For Dead. I've never had the best internet connection so my online MP experiences haven't been the absolute best.

Nah.. I only really buy multiplayer games. Even if I buy a game with single player mode I don't usually play it for more than 10 minutes.

So I can easily vote without it depending on game type.

lol yes indeed.

I think when most people are saying single player, they're probably lying to themselves. Doom 4 and The Witcher are the only good single player games i've played in the last 1 - 2 years, Skyrim perhaps 2 - 3 years prior to that. Oherwise, every other good game is online-capable.
 
On second thought I should clarify something. I found Multiplayer far more addicting when I did it. Part of the reason I only do Single player now is because I had less control of my gaming habit when I was doing MP and it impacted more on real life in negative ways. So technically that means I guess I found MP more enjoyable. The reason I restrict myself to SP is to ensure that my life remains in balance between work, family, and my hobby.

Same, I voted single player. I've always preferred well directed games with a definite end, otherwise it seems pointless.

But I had to uninstall a certain multiplayer game myself. I did it a second time because I couldn't stick to keeping sessions short.
Now I stick to my todo streams pretty well.

And even the game. AI can be done pretty stupid sometimes (F1 2017, 16, 15 etc.), but then again I find a lot of retards online as well (rFactor 2). Both same genre, but in either I prefer a different option between multiplayer and single player.
 
MP no doubt. If it wasn't for MP I wouldn't play any games at all. There are other ways I can have fun by myself.
