Wireless MX Master for work. It is the best mouse for work by far. It also charges via USB, so no real issue when I get the low battery warning.
Agreed. Need to plug it in for an hour or two once every few months, and you can keep on using it like a wired mouse, and once the red light starts flashing you still have a few hours use, and it doesn't get "iffy" when the batteries are low. I got one for work then I needed one for home too, mainly because of the scroll wheel.

Both
Bluerooth with laptop, USB wired with PC and wired USB with DVR

Wired mouse, all the way - got tired of battery dying at inopportune moments, and no suitable replacement batteries being immediately available.

I'm looking for a wireless mouse with a long range

Friend has a DVR which is in a top cupboard which is about 10m (and several walls) away from the table where she operates it. The mouse is erratic, works 30% of the time

Suggestions will be welcomed. She was recommended a gaming mouse, but this was worse than the cheapie Chinese one she paid R120 for
