I can't stand a wireless mouse.I keep on forgetting to pack in batteries for the thing.Wired is just easier.Plug and play

Wired, el cheapo for many years works like a dream
on my gaming rig im still using my beige Microsoft mouse i bought in 2002 and it works like a bomb

Hate wireless and the lag on the cheapys and you have to recharge the batteries all the time, never again !!

Wireless mouse for my work issued Windows laptop. I use the trackpad for my MacBook Pro. I have a magic mouse that I don't use.

Laptop, Logitech wireless.
PC, Logitech kb and mouse, wireless.

I have several wired mouses. How much do wireless ones cost ? How do I judge quality before buying?

If you have to ask...

The Razer has zero noticeable lag and a charging stand. The battery last 2-3 days with heavy use but at night I just pop it on the charging stand so I never run out of power.

Both.
Wireless for the telly and home desktops, wired on WFH desktop - because my company gave it to me.

Desktop: wired
Laptop: wireless. Laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad T520 (recycled) with Debian used as home samba server.

Wired, both desktop and laptop. I don't trust people who willingly use a trackpad.

Wireless for quick jobs.
Wired for Programming and gaming.

I have however noticed that when I plugmy Corsair M65 PRo into my Dell U2515H monitor, after a while, it just fails to respond. Then I have to switch the monitor off and on again.

Cordless for work (Logitech)
Wired for gaming (Coolermaster)
