Three really good ones from HBO this year

-With a new invention that promised to revolutionize blood testing, Elizabeth Holmes became the world's youngest self-made billionaire, heralded as the next Steve Jobs. Then, just two years later, her multibillion-dollar company was dissolved.
Leaving Neverland
-At the height of his stardom, Michael Jackson began long-running relationships with two boys, aged 7 and 10, and their families. Now in their 30s, they tell the story of how they were sexually abused by Jackson.
The case against adnan syed
-The podcast serial brought this case to the mass attention, id suggest listening to the podcast before watching the documentary.
All can be found at tpb.
I felt that too, I admit i expected abit more from the doc especially since it was from Alex Gibney, but If you want the full story with all the good juicy details i highly recommend the book Bad Blood: Secrets and Lies in a silicon Valley Startup by John Carreyrou. He is the reporter who broke the story with a series of articles in the Wall Street Journal. He appears in the documentary as well. You can get the audio book at tpb.Watched The Inventor: Out for Blood in Silicon Valley...it's good, but very looooong winded. So much harping on the same thing, rephrasing a lot of stuff over and over.
Yep...Episode One is on the high seas....
ReMastered: Devil at the Crossroads
Other than the awesome music of Robert Johnson ("They're Red Hot" is my favorite), nice documentary.
Grammy® award-winning American composer Eric Whitacre’s symphonic work Deep Field was inspired by the world’s most famous space observatory, the Hubble Space Telescope, and its greatest discovery – the iconic Deep Field image.
The soundtrack features a new, epic Virtual Choir representing 120 countries: over 8,000 voices aged 4 to 87, alongside the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and Eric Whitacre Singers.
