people are going to dig up every little piece of dirt on him and expose it publically

Interestingly I know someone who did the same thing, and the people out there basically burnt him at the stake... they went as far as to make an awareness website about the chap.

In this game one needs to be careful how you conduct your business- excellent service is one of your weapons against going out of business

Ahhh, this could be fun - lets see if he purchased the $160.00 VBulletin License that he use on his site.

Btw, he is 18/19 - Matriculated 2005.

Aah MyAdsl inquisition :)

Can I make a request to move the first part of this thread just below the second part as just to make it easier for people since the first part is now on page 3. Can we also keep these 2 threads on page 1 all the time :)

Thanks :D

Yes JasonH. You see the same people ridin' Brian for his service etc are the same ones who were defending him not to long ago.
You see, everybody is an expert when the damage has been done, but when it wa staring them in the face, they chose to ignore it.

IN all honesty, no matter how lon this thread grows, Brian will (a) not go to jail. (b) Will not pay any fine. (c) Will not get any outstanding hardware to anyone (d) Manage to sell some hardware to someone within the next month or two.

That some people believed the BMW 645Ci/ CrossFire-SLi story and other adventures makes his actions somwhat justified. He didn't jack anybody for the money, it was handed to him. Deposited into his personal bank account :/

sad very sad this whole story:(

But unfour. this exactly what happens when you deal with alot of people, you cant see them so they thing its easy to scr£w you.

Some tonsil tried this with me and bid or buy, no answer no delivery nuting, so me went to dem police fellas and laid a charge ( absolutley no help from bid or buy, gee thanks guys )
, it is the only way otherwise after a while they WILL do it again. If you went into a shop and got this service you would do something, so don't let someone like Brian get away with it.

If someone scr£ws with you scr£w them back as hard as you possibly can, its your money and time dont let them get off.

If those affected forum member want to go Small Claims route, take a look at the pdf in the offtopic sticky thread titled "Useful laws to know". Now I don't know if you will be allowed to Small Claims his @ss in the area in which you live. This is quite possible - I simply don't know for sure though. If, however, you have to Small Claims his butt in the area in which his business is located - i.e. Cape Town area, then I am more than happy to go along on your behalf if this is allowed (oh ja, and if you pay my petrol!)

I've already offered one forum member this, others I am willing to do the same for others.
