Hey guys,

Went to the banks today to see if I could get a money transferral. But alas, no luck. They can't do anything. They did say that I should take it to the small claims court. I think I will if I don't hear anything soon from Person. I don't think Person realises that stunts like these can give his company a black mark and usually effects him for any future business deals with the banks.
 
I think Person is starting a pyramid scheme with him at the top. :)

Anyone else want to join Person's "sales team"

Doesn't look like anyone else is doing any work either - so you can just quote precedent!
 
Um the yak you should read my post as well. "Problems with Dotcomputers"
I have been ripped off as well. At least Person replied to you there he hasn't even replied to me on my thread yet. I'm also on the verge of taking Person to Court. If you think you're gonna get any sort of "reply" from the SA sales team them dream on. Everyone there has his same bad attitude.
 
TheYak... you E-mailed me once, and by the time I received it - SA was 7pm. I have forwarded it to the South African sales team.

My Boss, Brian - Is now in the Boston Office, but I believe he is away on
business in New Jersey. That might be why he has not responded. He should be
back later on today, and I'll find out what is happening in regards to your
order.

I'll only be able to give you feed back tomorrow, as by the time Brian gets
into the office - I will have gone home.

Can you please send me the proof-of-payment?

Here's an update guys. Finally got hold of someone at dotcomputers if it even exists. We'll see if I hear anything. I asked for a phone number and didn't get a reply to that either. Since Brian will be in the country lets see if he actually contacts the Yak and Me.

I think you misunderstood ... he will be back in Boston from New Jersey, not back in SA :(
