It's quite a pity, I was seriously considering doing business with him before this thread.

I'm still kinda hoping he has a legitimate excuse for this childish behaviour and why his website is almost 10 days overdue.

This has all-in-all not been a good experience...
Now because of this, I am already doubting others in the same line of business due to his attitude and behaviour !!!

mooK he doesn't have an excuse :) , as you can see from his replies to me. If I were you I would not do business with him. You don't want to go through this kind of crap. Shopping is supposed to be a nice joyous thing :(

I happen to know where his case is, as Fedex sent me a mail while i was away... simple fact is im no longer willing to sell it to him. Money will be refunded, but thats it.

haha that's a funny one Person because when I phoned Fedex they had no details on the case and in fact I talked to someone who could check at Dot and they said nothing was there, like you said it was. And say you are telling the truth which I know you're not then why did it take so long to get to me and why did I have to follow up.

Send us the proof of your tracking number so we can all see and lets ee when it was shipped if you even produce a tracking number. And the tracking number info should say whats inside so don't try and fake it :rolleyes:

Come on Person show us the proof. When you gonna make the transfer, I don't see anything yet.....Oh right 8 weeks. Better not be as I will take you to the small claims court and they will freeze your assets.

You sound like a kid dude. I know where the case is but I won't give it to you anymore.....waaah waaaah!

You know like everyone says you should just send the case to save face, but you're too arrogant right?

Person, why don't you try to tell us your side of the story? Or do you simply not give a crap?
 
The only possible explanation I can think of is that Person is having a nervous breakdown and is mentally unstable or he's experiencing some kind of debilitating depression.
 
But what side could he have. Even if he did have a good reason for ignoring me then why not make up for it. His replies speak for themself. He's a cu*t and acts like a baby.

He can't squirm out of this situation as the digital age has lots of ways to keep records. Proof of payment is very concrete from the banks and i'd have to sign for the package and it would have a tracking number to my address or is Brian gonna try and forge that as well. Wouldn't surprise me.

Come on show us the proof you sorry woos.

The single person who has said anything good about you is someone who actually dealt with you face to face. I assume you find it harder to not deliver when there's a chance the bloke might show up and kick your ass.

Your responses have been sloppy and slow. Sales have been inadequate and badly handled/delivered. You in fact have the air of someone with injured pride as if the world is ganging up on you. Unless you post some very convincing explanations fairly soon I'll join with others (I'm sure incubate will help) to make sure you have as much trouble doing business in this country (or any other) as possible.

If this seems like a personal attack on you person well, it is. I think you've behaved disgustingly and have treated customers and potential customers with less regard than I'd give our minister of communications.

He is acting like a 2 year old! I wonder if we could get Person/DOT banned from Selling on MYADSL?

The guy is 19/20 years old trying to run a business and treating customers like dirt. Simply ignoring them or giving them bogus info about their orders.

One thing is certain I will never buy from DOT/Person. I would much rather pay a little more and not have to deal with a child.
 
My experience with dotcomputers.
Ordered Gigabyte 7900GT, was promised to be delivered within 48 hours. After countless calls and vague answers from Brian he said that the card had been lost/stolen in the courier (tracking number?????). So a week later he sends another 7900gt(different brand but i agreed cause i needed a card asap). That card eventually arrived a day late( 9 days in all). Oh yes i also orded a soundcard with the gfx card but that didnt arrive, so i got refunded.

Whats crap in your guys cases is that now Brian is no longer in SA so you cant phone and nag like i did so i think you got slim chance im sorry to say.

What i find funny is that he makes dotcomputers sound like some big ass company eg 'head offices are in boston', 'accounts will refund you' etc mean while it is a one man show which he told me on the phone.

And whats happening with the website brian? and alienware?
Your attitude alone on these forums lately has destroyed the faith of the few supporters you had.

I think the guys can hurt Person the most if they contact Alienware and let them know about this.

Personally I think Person is full of BS and he was never going to sell Alienware.
 
I've already contacted AlienWare and Ocz with a preliminary "feeling out". Don't worry person, I haven't actually made any specific reference to you yet. I'm waiting to see if this is resolved first.
 
We banned him from selling stuff on our forum a while back. He couldn't understand why. Well dude, take a another read over the last 13 pages .... :rolleyes:
