After 1 hour in the character creator (impressively detailed!) and 2 in-game, it feels very much like a Dragon Age game. I'd even say it's a "return to form" for Bioware and no they didn't pay me for that 
Thoroughly enjoyed Inquisition (how has it already been 10 years?!) and the new game is shaping up to be even better.
The game is just stunningly next-gen, that strand based hair is just superb. The combat is immersive, the companions are unique, and the cutscenes are just on a level that only Bioware and a few others (Naughty Dog, Santa Monica studios, Guerilla etc) can achieve.
