In fairness those have more or less always been the top games. They're MP staples that have been there forever, because people have sunk a lot of time and money into them.

SP games tend to peak high early and drop off quickly. They're something that people play when they have a gap. Should probably look at where it is relative to other SP games...

Its been part of BioWare games since jade empire. Its not new.

Also its not like they used it as part of their marketing campaign like larian did with their gay bear sex vid. Another game the right wing grifters were desperate to fail but have been silent about for sometime.

Why wouldn't developers want to make their games inclusive though? There is clearly an audience of players that want these options. I also didn't once see this as a "selling" feature in the marketing.

The problem is forced inclusivity

Like the apology scene. No choice in the matter. You have to be the big bad cis and must apologize
And the forced dialogue. All options are basically good. You must accept the mentally ill and their delusions and do a song and dance about how brave they are.

I haven't played the game yet so I have no idea what's in the game or how it plays out for different characters, and it'll stay that way until I start playing it.

If you like this game, buy it, play it and enjoy it. Don't let other people make up your mind for you.

I haven't actually done anything in the game yet apart from the first 5 minutes, but the one thing I can say is this has the best hair system I've ever seen in a game and it's not even close.

If it was closer to R600 than R1000 I'd definitely jump in, as it is I'll definitely wait for a sale.

The environments are so detailed and the frizzy hair looks really amazing.
 
I'm poor but I'll probably get the game soon. Not gonna wait a year or two for a sale for this one lol.
