DSD1131 Xtraview: TV Guide not 'Loading event information'?

Hi all

Got a problem with my Xtraview 1131 decoder. When I go into the TV Guide and load up a show's info, it won't display. Nothing happens even though the loading bar has maxed out.

Any ideas?

We got the same problem.. Multichoice blame the installers and the installers blame multichoice...
Had anyone solved there problem?

I have set up a DSD1131 as the primary decoder to a HD 4U decoder as the secondary.
heartbeat was from RF in to the the Rf in port on the HD 4U decoder. Something is wrong I couldn't link up the eye on the RF out port .
The secondary lost the heartbeat pulse with no picture .So I disconnected the eye.
The primary decoder keeps om sending out a pulse seeking communication from the secondary ..other than that it is fine
