DStv 2014 subscription price going up

Not sure if anyone mentioned this yet, but what are the alternatives for sport lovers, specifically football fans?

streaming from sites like cricfree.tv / streamhunter.eu.

Also, some places offer paid services to stream back in HD...
 
ntv is the only viable alternative for decent quality sport
 
I have dstv premium and Netflix/Hulu. The only thing I watch on DSTV is sport. So basically I just watch the odd game on weekends. I think I should just get rid of DSTV. Its such a waste of money.

Thats what worries me, they can't even tell me what line speed i have in my suburb!
Buffering and stop start will drive me nuts, if I go for 2mb uncapped line and instead maybe download shows how much data could i pull in 1 day 10gb maybe?

R598 per month from AfriHost for line and data. Capped at 75GB, but I have never been able to use that up.

/Bookmarks thread for viewing at home tonight... Gonna try me some of the sport alternatives...
