That NTV option looks to be about spot on..

R250 per month for ALL the sport I could ever want..

R90 for netflix and R90 for Hulu+..

Hell for R500 I could get better content that DSTV....

Not sure if anyone mentioned this yet, but what are the alternatives for sport lovers, specifically football fans?

I use http://livetv.sx/en/ for all my sport streaming needs. Currently on 2mb Telkom account and it runs just fine.

Expected this annual price increase, that's why I have opted to pay up front for the next year and get the last month for free. It doesn't make sense to take out any higher dstv subscription than dstv compact IMO.

I would happily pay a slight premium to be able to effortlessly stream DSTv channels on a pay-per-view model. I miss stuff like Carte Blanche.

I have netflix and hulu on my Samsung TV...But I've been looking for a cheap alternative to stream the BBC Iplayer.

How did you buy this? they only ship to UK...Do you have family there or something?

MultiChoice has announced the 2014 price adjustments to its DStv service

DSTV is a monster without Slayers, they will keep increasing their prizes forever.

DSTV compact has not got a single channel that I watch.

You would have to pay me to take it.
